Materials
All our art prints are Giclée printed using 12 color UV pigments on Hahnemühle top quality fine art papers. We use a true heavyweight at 310 grams which is velvety smooth with a fine surface texture. Our paper is made from 100% cellulose.

We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card informed and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing your product. We also never send out emails requesting your credit card or personal information. We use iDeal and Credit Card as safe payment providers.

We usually ship after 2–4 business days after placing your order, Worldwide delivery times are 2–10 business days. Remote areas can take a bit longer. Please check your order at the tracking page to see actual location and status of your order.

Tracking your order
All our orders are trackable via our tracking page. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been handed over to the courier. After receiving your parcel for shipment it may take the courier up to 24H to make tracking information available. If you have problems tracking your order after receiving the tracking number and waited 24 hours for it to update, please contact us for assistance.

Where is my order?
Please check the tracking page for latest information on your package. If you are not at home at time of delivery it may be delivered at the local post office. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding delivery.

Returns
We only accept returns of faulty, damaged or broken items. To return your product please first contact us via email with your order number and reason to return your item. Only return your order after confirmation from us. You will be responsible for the return shipment until we received it. Please always use a trackable shipment method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
